Sparkling Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit Punch

6 cups fresh-squeezed Florida Ruby Red grapefruit juice
2 cups Grand Marnier liqueur
2 bottles spumanti (white sparkling wine)
1 Florida Ruby Red grapefruit, thinly sliced into rounds

Combine grapefruit juice and liqueur in a punch bowl. Chill. Immediately before serving, add the spumanti. Garnish with Florida Ruby Red grapefruit slices.

For non-alcoholic punch: substitute 2 cups fresh-squeezed Florida orange juice plus 2 tablespoons orange extract for the Grand Marnier.

Spiced Florida Orange Punch

8 sprigs fresh thyme
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
6 cups fresh-squeezed Florida orange juice
4 cups gin
5 cups club soda, chilled

Combine sugar, 4 sprigs of thyme (reserve the remaining sprigs for garnish) and water in a saucepan and boil for 3 to 5 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the thyme sprigs and chill. In a punch bowl, combine the orange juice, gin and syrup. Immediately before serving, add the club soda (and the Juniper Berry soda or ginger ale if making non-alcoholic punch). Garnish with thyme sprigs.

For non-alcoholic punch: substitute 4 cups Juniper Berry soda from drysoda.com (available at Urban Outfitters) or ginger ale.
